Types of Muscular Contractions: Isotonic Contraction (Concentric Contraction, Eccentric Contraction), Isometric Contraction.
Muscles in action: Origin, Insertion, Antagonistic muscle action, Agonist muscle, Antagonist muscle, Core stability.
