Some of the courses included

Asana, teaching practice, Pranayama, Anatomy and Physiology of yogic practice, Meditation, Yogic Philosophy, cleansing processes, Hatha yoga pradipika, Bandhas, Mantra chanting, and Mudras.

The objective of the TTC course is to provide beginners and experienced yoga students with strong practical and theoretical experience. This will enable them to perform Hatha Yoga practices with perfection and correct alignment. The course will equip the future teachers to be completely autonomous and ready to run their own yoga classes to the highest standards.

At Karuna Yoga Vidya Peetham, students can easily learn a unique combination of different yoga principles and practice the injury-free yoga for all ages and genders. Every morning will start with Mantra Chanting and pranayama classes focused on different breathing techniques and this gives a good foundation for Hatha Yoga class.

Tutorials, Assignment and Examination

Admission Process:

Karuna Yoga Vidya Peetham will review the applications and select the applicants according to the norms of the current section procedure pursued by the Board of Studies.

Interview: On receipt and approval of your application. Each applicant will be required to attend an online interview via Zoom or Skype with one of the members of the selection committee.

Response: After the evaluation and selection procedure is over, selected applicants will be notified.
